FINAL SALE POLICY:
All sales of vinyl records, turntables, turntable stations, and vinyl care products are final, except in cases of damage or defects. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
RETURN POLICY:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it. However, please note that we cannot guarantee perfect copies of sealed items.
Inspection and Reporting:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or have received the wrong item, contact us promptly.
7-Day Return Policy for Defects:
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective items, starting from the date you receive your order. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at PLAKAMNL@gmail.com or through our Instagram or Facebook page (PLAKA.MNL).
- Clearly describe the issue or defect, including the affected track(s).
- A video demonstrating the defect is highly recommended.
Eligible Defects for Return:
- Scratches or scuffs causing skips or loops.
- Locked grooves preventing needle advancement.
- Duplicate records in multi-disc sets.
Ineligible Defects for Return:
- Seam splits, dinged corners, or creases on jackets/sleeves.
- Damaged record labels or label issues.
- Print defects and imperfections.
- Excess wax or imperfect record edges.
- Warps that do not cause skips.
- Cosmetic scratches, scuffs
- Surface noise and ticks
- Dissatisfaction with pressing or recording quality.
- Change of mind.
Return and Refund Process:
- If the defect is eligible, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of refund approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- If the reported defect is not encountered during our playtest, no refund will be issued, and the customer must arrange item pickup.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all return and pickup shipping costs.
Order Cancellation and Policy Violations:
- Order cancellations are strictly prohibited.
- Customers who fail to pay for orders ("joy buyers") or violate our policies may be barred from future purchases.

Metro Manila Orders:
- Curbside Pickup:
- Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- For same-day pickup, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Please wait for an SMS or email confirmation before proceeding to the pickup location.
- Lalamove Same-Day Delivery:
- Same-day delivery via Lalamove is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
